Tau Chapter was founded on April 19th, 1995 at Rutgers University by three Strong minded individuals, Hermano Nelson Perez, Hermano Ricardo Enriquez, and Hermano Carlos Artlies. Hermano Carlos Jimenez was the line dean for both Hermano Ricardo and Hermano Carlos and was a Rutgers law student at the time. Hermano Nelson's dean was Hermano Kenneth Padilla who was also a law student. The founders of Tau Chapter crossed at 13 weeks and, became the only chapter chartered with only 3 founding Hermanos creating TRIPLE THREAT TAU CHAPTER!!
